¯ Larry Brooks, 35, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 15 and charged with first-degree criminal nuisance, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

¯ Luis Rivera Hernandez, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested twice recently. He was arrested June 16 and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was also arrested June 20 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, and trespass.

¯ Noel Dominguez, 34, no address listed, was arrested June 24 and charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and criminal obstruction of breathing.

¯ Angela Goetz, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested twice recently. She was arrested June 24 and charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration. Goetz was also arrested Wednesday and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Kelly Cambria, 45, of Fredonia, was arrested Tuesday and charged with second-degree strangulation.
