JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Silk E. Spencer, 36, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree burglary, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, second-degree harassment fourth-degree criminal mischief. Patrol responded at 7:46 p.m. Tuesday to the south side of the city for a reported domestic dispute. An investigation determined that Spencer allegedly entered a residence, broke a woman’s phone, pushed her, headbutted her, and unlawfully imprisoned her within a bedroom. The victim eventually got away and called 911. Spencer was found sleeping on the victim’s couch and was known to have an active arrest warrant out of Jamestown. Spencer was held for arraignment in court.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

¯ CHARLOTTE — An Ohio man is facing trespassing charges after an incident on East Road.

Jason C. Koch, 40, of Canton, was found on the property by deputies around 1 p.m. Sunday. He was removed from the property and will be back in town court later.

¯ HANOVER — A Silver Creek man has been charged with driving while intoxicated. Around 11:35 p.m. a traffic stop was conducted on Routes 5 and 20. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Jacob Keem, 29. He was additionally charged with DWI per se, and speed in zone.

Keem will be back in town court later.
