¯ Zachary A. Wilson, 29, of Jamestown, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Wilson was observed at 12:48 a.m. Wednesday walking in the area of 15 S. Main St. Wilson had an active bench warrant out of Jamestown City Court. Wilson was taken into custody and found with a quantity of fentanyl. Wilson was transported to jail and held for arraignment.

¯ Silk E. Spencer, 36, of Jamestown, was charged with resisting arrest and four counts of second-degree criminal contempt. Officers responded at 5 p.m. Tuesday to the south side of the city for a reported domestic dispute. Officers were advised that Spencer had been at her home and knocking on her windows. Spencer had an active order of protection to stay away from the victim and her child. Officers were advised at 8:50 p.m. that Spencer had returned and was tapping on the windows attempting to communicate with the victim. Spencer was observed walking a a block away from the victim’s home. Spencer attempted to flee but was taken into custody. He was held for arraignment in court.

¯ Jeremiah J. Morningstar, 41, and Justin D. Wilcox, 40, were each charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Patrol stopped a vehicle at 12:48 a.m. Tuesday in the area of Forest Park and Forest Avenue for a traffic infraction. Illegal drugs were observed in plain view, and a search of the vehicle turned up methamphetamine and fentanyl. Morningstar and Wilcox are scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court later.

¯ Juan G. Rivera, 38, of Jamestown, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, third-degree assault, second-degree menacing and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Officers responded at 8:23 p.m. Tuesday to Newland Avenue and Charles Street for a report of a person with a weapon. It was found that Rivera allegedly threatened another person and brandished a knife during the dispute. It was also reported that Rivera allegedly struck and choked the victim prior to chasing them with the knife. Rivera was taken into custody and held for arraignment in court.
