JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Tyren L. Wofford, 19, no address listed, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and criminal obstruction of breathing/blood circulation. Officers were called at 10:50 p.m. Wednesday to a home on the south side of the city for a disorderly person. An investigation determined that Wofford allegedly grabbed a female by the neck and also damaged property at the residence. Wofford was held for arraignment in Jamestown City Court.

¯ Tommy W. Hale Jr., 30, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree assault, resisting arrest and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Officers responded at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday to a north side residence for a domestic dispute. An investigation found that Hale allegedly threw an unopened juice box at a 4 year old, striking the child in the face and causing a minor injury. The incident occurred in the presence of two other children, who were in close proximity. Hale was transported to jail after a brief struggle and was held for arraignment in court.

¯ Jonathan B. Yates, 37, and Malcom B. Bull, 32, both of Jamestown, were each charged with third-degree criminal trespass. Officers responded at 6:40 p.m. Wednesday to the east side of the city for a trespass complaint. Officers found Yates and Bull trespassing inside a condemned residence. Both were being held for arraignment in court.

¯ Michael L. Morley, 27, and Cassandra M. Hicks, 26, both of Jamestown, were each charged with trespass. Officers were called at 5:50 p.m. Wednesday to the Cherry Street parking ramp for a trespass complaint. Morley and Hicks were allegedly found loitering in the stairwell on the top level. Both were issued tickets to appear in Jamestown City Court.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Michael Lemanski, 51, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 3 and charged with third-degree obscenity.

¯ Charissa Jozwiak, 37, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 5 and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and failure to signal.

¯ Angela Goetz, 41, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 7 and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and two counts of petit larceny. Goetz was also arrested Sept. 8 and charged with third-degree criminal tampering and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

¯ Adam Thornton, 42, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 11 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

¯ Donald Ervolina Jr., 35, homeless, was arrested Sept. 12 and charged with third-degree criminal trespass.

¯ Derek Coombs, 36, homeless, was arrested Sept. 12 and charged with third-degree criminal trespass.

¯ Yoan Fernandez Jr., 19, of Dunkirk, was arrested Thursday and charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree menacing, and second-degree harassment.
