— Corey Winans, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 16 and charged with petit larceny.
— Jesus Santos Gonzalez, 39, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 18 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with blood alcohol content .08% or greater, failure to comply, and failure to use designated lane.
— Kenneth Nolan, 55, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with petit larceny.
— Marjan Manshadi, 39, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
— FREWSBURG – Members of the county Fire Investigation Team responded Sunday to 728 Warren Road in the town of Carroll to assist the Frewsburg Fire Department to determine the origin and cause of a storage/out building fire. An investigation determined that embers from a wood stove came into contact with nearby combustible materials within the flooring of the outbuilding, which smoldered and eventually ignited.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
— Jennifer M. Allen, 38, no address listed, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Officers responded at noon Nov. 22 to a downtown business for a reported larceny. An investigation found that Allen was a person of interest in the case. Allen was observed Sunday sitting in the reception area of the Jamestown Police Department and was allegedly wearing clothing that was believed to be stolen from the incident on Nov. 22. Allen was later found at the same downtown business and was taken into custody. She was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.
