≤ Jorge Garay, 38, of Jamestown, was sentenced Monday by County Court Judge David Foley to three and a half to seven years in state prison for a conviction of third-degree robbery. Garay was arrested by the Jamestown Police Department in June 2022 on a first-degree robbery charge following an incident at a city business. Garay was sentenced as a second felony offender and was on parole at the time of the incident.
