LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
– Jeramy S. Card, 22, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree menacing, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment. Police responded at 11:04 p.m. Tuesday to Busti Sugar Grove Road for a reported family fight. It was alleged that Card threatened to stab someone with a large hunting knife. He then pushed another person in the presence of a young child. Card was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
– SOUTH DAYTON — Jonathan M. Mcgill, 41, of South Dayton, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Deputies and state police troopers investigated reports of a domestic incident. Mcgill is scheduled to appear in court later.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
– Zachary R. Buck, 36, of Kennedy, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Police stopped a vehicle at 9:29 p.m. Wednesday in the area of Myrtle Street and Fairfield Avenue. An investigation found that Buck was allegedly in possession of a loaded pistol in a bag that was strapped across his chest. Buck, who did not have a valid pistol permit, was taken into custody and processed. He was held for arraignment.
– Tami M. Martinez, 41, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Omar Marrero, 37, of Jamestown, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. A search warrant was executed at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday at 143 English St. Martinez and a juvenile male were located inside the residence, and a search turned up 105.3 grams of cocaine, scales, packaging materials and $2,267 in cash. Martinez was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment. At the same time the search warrant was being executed, investigators were conducting surveillance on a location where Marrero was supposed to be located. He was taken into custody when he exited the residence. A search of Marrero revealed 28.5 grams of cocaine and $686.000 in cash. He was transported to jail and held on his outstanding warrant as well as the new charges.
