Dunkirk Police Department

— Delani Williams, 22, of Dunkirk, was arrested Dec. 15 and charged with six counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlicensed operation, and improper left turn.

— Santos Almestica, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested Dec. 17 and charged with two counts of first-degree criminal contempt.

— Chastity Martinez, 31, of Dunkirk, was arrested Dec. 17 and charged with second-degree obstruction and resisting arrest.

— Shannon Grover, 42, of Dunkirk, was arrested Dec. 17 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

— Christopher Campbell, 52, of Dunkirk, was arrested Monday and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment.

— Luis Carrasquillo, 26, of Dunkirk, was arrested Tuesday and charged with first-degree criminal contempt.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Brianna L. Leis, 26, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child. Officers responded at 7:30 a.m. Friday to the parking area outside the Jamestown Police Department for an in-progress domestic incident. Leis was located in one vehicle with an adult male and a juvenile female in another vehicle. An investigation found that Leis allegedly threw a brick at the other vehicle during a verbal argument several minutes prior on a north side street. Leis was taken into custody and walked into the Jamestown City Jail without incident. She was held for arraignment in court.
