— HARMONY — Dustin R. Verrett, 33, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated. Troopers responded at 2:45 p.m. Friday to a crash on Hoag Road in the town of Harmony. An investigation found that Verrett was operating a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox that left the road and entered a ditch. Verrett reportedly failed several field sobriety tests and later provided a breath sample of 0.11%. He is scheduled to appear in court later.
