JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Adam L. Ciccarella, 45, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. Officers responded at 1:10 p.m. Sunday for a reported disorderly person on the city’s north side. An investigation determined that Ciccarella allegedly violated an order of protection and threatened physical harm. Ciccarella was taken into custody and held for arraignment in court.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

— HANOVER — Brian W. Klos, 41, of Buffalo, was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating out of ignition interlock restriction, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and speed over 55 mph zone. Deputies stopped a vehicle on Allegany Road in the town of Hanover at 5 p.m. Sunday. Klos is scheduled to appear in court later to answer the charges.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Michael L. Morley II, 28, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny. Officers responded at 7:18 p.m. Friday to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Morley reportedly passed all points of sale with merchandise totaling $475.17. Morley is scheduled to appear in court later.

— Dustin D. Pickett, 35, of Lakewood, was charged with trespass. Officers responded at 11:32 p.m. Thursday to a Lakewood residence for an unwanted person reportedly trespassing. Pickett was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment.

— Ortiz-Ortiz Carlos, 48, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 2 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

— Brysen Williams, 21, of Fredonia, was arrested Jan. 2 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

— Rodney Hawkins, 35, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 2 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

— Brenda Horr, 44, homeless, was arrested Jan. 2 and charged with petit larceny.

— Lorie Thompson, 51, of Portland, was arrested Jan. 5 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

— Tamika Thomas, 27, of Fredonia, was arrested Jan. 5 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Jordan LaSalle, 20, of Collins, was arrested Jan. 5 and charged with petit larceny.

— William Ziemer, 27, of Buffalo, was arrested Jan. 6 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

— Ashley Campbell, 27, homeless, was arrested Jan. 6 and charged with petit larceny and resisting arrest.

— Steven Rivera, 48, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 6 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

— Alijah Ernewein, 32, of Fredonia, was arrested Jan. 8 and charged with petit larceny and resisting arrest.

— Lewis Gates, 22, of Fredonia, was arrested Jan. 8 and charged with petit larceny.

— Marissa Clute, 27, of Mayville, was arrested Jan. 13 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

— Torie Falson, 45, of Rochester, was arrested Jan. 13 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

— Jamie Crabtree, 36, of Fredonia, was arrested Jan. 19 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

— Jose Salgado, 45, of Fredonia, was arrested Jan. 20 and charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense).

— Christopher Carlson, 54, of Jamestown, was arrested Jan. 22 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

— Angela Grekulak, 48, of Jamestown, was picked up on a bench warrant Jan. 22.

— Vicki Johnson, 54, of Portland, was arrested Jan. 24 and charged with petit larceny.

— William Shreve, 64, of Westfield, was arrested Jan. 26 and charged with criminal possession of a narcotic.

— Brandon Hogg, 34, of Jamestown, was arrested Jan. 26 in charged with petit larceny.

— Alyssa Brignoni, 26, of Fredonia, was arrested Jan. 27 and charged with operating a motor vehicle without inspection certificate and aggravated unlicensed operation.

— Norman Geddes Jr., 25, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 28 and charged with petit larceny.

— Michael Dotson Jr., 51, of Portland, was arrested Jan. 29 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

— Elija Abdul Rivera, 27, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with trespass.

— Timothy Banach, 65, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with petit larceny.
