— Jessica Sams, 32, of Fredonia, was arrested Jan. 26 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
— Dale Dillenburg, 71, of Forestville, was arrested Jan. 27 and charged with petit larceny.
— Sonia Mosley, 36, homeless, was arrested Jan. 27 and charged with two counts of petit larceny and single counts of resisting arrest and trespass.
— Robert Kaczor, 29, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 28 and charged with petit larceny.
— Angel Canales Moran, 30, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 28 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and unregistered motor vehicle.
— Tyrone Hall, 37, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 29 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
— Gabriel Soto, 31, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 29 and charged with petit larceny, resisting arrest, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, failure to comply with lawful order, failure to stop at stop sign, and no bell or signal device on bicycle.
— Dillon Smith, 22, of Fredonia, was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with second-degree harassment.
— Alan Wasserman, 23, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
— Nicole Miller, 41, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and uninspected motor vehicle.
— Christian Ramos, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
— Karlie L. Hallett, 32, of Cattaraugus, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny. Police responded at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday to a reported shoplifting at an East Fairmount Avenue business. Officers observed a vehicle attempting to flee the area with stolen merchandise. An investigation found that Hallett allegedly left the store with merchandise totaling $983.60. Hallett is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.
