— Christian Ayala Gonzalez, 36, homeless, was arrested Feb. 2 and charged with petit larceny,

— Luis Hernandez Roman, 35, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 5 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle.

— Andrew Webber, 22, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 6 and charged with petit larceny.

— Gianna Gates, 26, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 6 and charged with petit larceny.

— Kenneth Nolan Jr., 55, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 6 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no turn signal.

— Joseph Zipp, 32, of Fredonia, was arrested Feb. 8 and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated, driving with blood alcohol content .08% or more, and operating a vehicle without an interlock device.

— Kimberly St. George, 46, of Jamestown, was arrested Feb. 9 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny.

— Xavier Rodriguez, 34, homeless, was arrested Feb. 9 and charged with petit larceny.

— Christopher Rosado, 22, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 10 and charged with third-degree assault and criminal obstruction of breathing.

— Adam Thornton, 42, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 10 and charged with second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree criminal contempt.

— Miguel Corraliza Sanchez, 52, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 10 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, unlicensed operation and uninsured operation.

— Wayne Barber, 60, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 12 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

— Steven Miller, 39, of Olean, was arrested Feb. 14 and charged with petit larceny.

— Irma Nater, 35, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 16 and charged with petit larceny.

— Joshua Cosme, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 17 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Omar Salome-Hernandez, 35, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 17 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop at stop sign.

— Hector Carrillos Santos, 36, of Jamestown, was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unlicensed operation.

— Joanne Warlikowski, 64, of Fredonia, was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating under suspended registration, operating without insurance and unlicensed operation.

— Donald Ervolina Jr., no age listed, homeless, was arrested Feb. 20 and charged with third-degree criminal trespass and trespass.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Jennifer A. Glover, 40, of Jamestown, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers observed Glover at 11:13 p.m. Thursday in the area of East Second and Dexter streets. Glover was wanted on an outstanding warrant and was taken into custody without incident. She was allegedly found with a quantity of methamphetamine and later held for arraignment in court.

CARROLL POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Steven W. Walsh, 50, no address listed, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Police were called at 1:33 p.m. Feb. 15 to a home on Oak Hill Road for a report of an unwanted male. The homeowners came home and reportedly heard noises coming from inside the residence. Carroll police, along with sheriff’s deputies and state troopers responded and Walsh was eventually taken into custody without incident. He was scheduled to appear in Carroll Town Court later.
