— Shamori L. Houston, 44, and May Stilson, 46, were each charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers stopped a vehicle at 10:10 p.m. Monday in the area of Newtown Avenue and Kipp Street for observed traffic infractions. Officers reportedly observed drug paraphernalia in plain view and a search turned up a quantity of fentanyl. Furthermore, officers determined that the vehicle had a forged North Carolina plate. Houston and Stilson were held for arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
— Brandon J. Ball, 29, of Buffalo, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. A vehicle was observed at noon Tuesday reportedly driving on the wrong side of the road in the area of East Sixth and Spring streets. Ball was reportedly found with a pair of plastic taser knuckles. He is scheduled to appear in court later.
