DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Rodney Hawkins, 35, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 1 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, suspended registration, and unlicensed operator.

— Nicholas Mooney, 30, of Fredonia, was arrested April 1 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, six counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, and no turn signal.

— Fay Keech, 24, of Fredonia, was arrested April 1 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and six counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

— Bethany Shaw, 39, of Fredonia, was arrested April 1 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

— Brittany Jones, 38, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 2 and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

— Tyler Lintz, 32, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 2 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

— Daniel Saar, 35, of Fredonia, was arrested April 3 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

— Peter Galardo, 42, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 4 and charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment.

— Edwin Chmielewski, 35, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 5 and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree strangulation and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.

— Sean Alvarez, 22, of Overland Park, Kansas, was arrested April 5 and charged with criminal trespass.

— David Hulshoff, 19, of St. Louis, Missouri, was arrested April 5 and charged with criminal trespass.

— Victor Martinez, 26, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 5 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

— Cassandra Jackson, 22, of Dunkirk, was picked up on a bench warrant April 6.

— Hector Quinones, 27, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 7 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating out of class.

— Conrad Thomas Jr., 21, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 9 and charged with third-degree criminal mischief.

— Gianna Gates, 27, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 9 and charged with petit larceny.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

– MAYVILLE – Christine Carlson, 34, of the town of Chautauqua has been charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Monday around 7:45 p.m. Sheriff deputies were sent to an address on Chautauqua Street, Mayville of a report of a vehicle leaving the scene of an incident. Upon arrival and after an investigation deputies learned that Carlson had gotten into an altercation with another subject. It is alleged that she drove her vehicle into the other subject’s vehicle with an occupant still inside of it and caused damage.

Carlson had left the scene but was located a short time later and was placed in custody.

She was transported to the county jail for arraignment and will answer her charges in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date and time.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

– RANDOLPH – Daniel J. Villa, 27, of Center Street, Randolph was charged April 15 with second-degree menacing, obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and criminal impersonation.

According to deputies, around 3:15 p.m. Villa was on Main Street, Randolph displaying a handgun. It is alleged that he failed to comply with orders from deputies and resisted arrest. The handgun was found to be a CO2 powered .177 caliber pellet gun.

While in custody, Villa allegedly said he was a police officer, which was not a true statement.

He will answer to the changes in Randolph Town Court.

– SALAMANCA – Francis D. Woodin, 52, of Salamanca was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and failure to keep right following a traffic stop Friday on Atlantic Street. Woodin is due back at Salamanca City Court at a later date.
