JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Chelese E. Pattyson, 31, was charged with making a punishable false written statement. At around 11:30 p.m. Friday, officers responded to the east side of the city for an alleged assault. Through an investigation the alleged victim lied to officers and stated she was assaulted by a male subject. The male subject is currently incarcerated in the Chautauqua County Jail and unable to commit the alleged crime. Pattyson did sign a statement making false accusations. She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.

— Marcelino S. Hernandez, 42, of Jamestown, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and taken in on an arrest warrant.

At approximately 4:18 p.m. Friday an officer was patrolling in the area of Prendergast Avenue and East Eighth Street. The officer observed Hernandez riding a bicycle south bound on Prendergast Ave on the sidewalk. The officer had prior knowledge that Hernandez had an active warrant out of Jamestown Police Department. Marcelino was located nearby on North Main Street. He was searched and was in possession of a quantity of cocaine. He was released with an appearance ticket.

— Kenneth Mosley Sr., 41, of Jamestown, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct.

At around 10 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to a northside address in the city for a reported fight. Mosley was found to be the primary aggressor during the incident and continued to act violently towards others in the presence of officers. Mosley additionally violated an order of protection in the presence of officers and was taken into custody without incident. He was held in the Jamestown City Jail facility pending arraignment.

— Jason L. Maisonet, 42, of Jamestown, was charged with public lewdness. At 3:07 a.m. Saturday, an officer was patrolling in the area of Brooklyn Square. While patrolling, the officer directly observed a male subject, Maisonet, to be standing in the public road exposing himself to a nearby motorist. The officer then conducted a street check, and Maisonet was subsequently taken into custody without incident. Maisonet was then transported to the Jamestown City Jail.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

— HANOVER — At 1:40 p.m. Friday, The Chautauqua County Sheriff Department and New York State Police were dispatched to an in-progress altercation at Old Hanover Road. After an investigation, it was found that 30-year-old Robert L Lyman of Silver Creek was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, unlawful imprisonment, criminal obstruction of breathing and blood circulation, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. He was booked at county jail for Arraignment. Further charges may be pending.

— An Erie woman is facing charges after a traffic stop on Fredonia-Stockton Road. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Lindsey M. Wiedmont, 26. Further investigation found Wiedmont to be driving while intoxicated around 2:11 a.m. Saturday. Wiedmont was charged with DWI, DWI per se, and Speed in Zone, and was later released with tickets to be in the village of Fredonia Court for a later date and time.
