CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

– MAYVILLE – Savannah T. Dorse-Carter, 24, a resident of the Chautauqua County Jail was charged Monday with first-degree promoting prison contraband and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Deputies allege that they seized a quantity of methamphetamine after they searched the cell housing her. She will answer to the charges in the Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Dmitri Jackson, 25, of San Angelo, Texas, was arrested May 1 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating with suspended registration, operating without insurance, unregistered motor vehicle, and uninspected motor vehicle.

— Josue Leon-Santos, 34, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 1 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

— Jonathan Rodriguez, 37, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 1 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Alexander Santiago Jr., 24, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 2 and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while intoxicated.

— Larry Brooks, 36, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 2 and charged with two counts of second-degree harassment.

— Norman Geddis, 52, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 2 and charged with two counts of second-degree harassment.

— Juan Cruz-Corraliza, 41, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 3 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.

— Luis Alvarez-Luna, 20, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 3 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unauthorized sticker.

— Miguel Velez, 21, no address listed, was arrested May 3 and charged with obstruction of governmental administration.

— Jorge Negron Velazquez, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 4 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and insufficient taillamps.

— Mark Stebbins, 46, no address listed, was arrested May 5 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se, speed in zone and failure to maintain lane.

— Davon McCall, 19, of Fredonia, was arrested May 5 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, disorderly conduct and obstructed view.

— Jazmyn Rodriguez, 18, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 5 and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.

— Jose Pacheco, 26, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 6 and charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

— Omar Salome-Hernandez, 34, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 6 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, resisting arrest, obstruction of governmental administration, and failure to stop at a stop sign.

— Mark Lemay Jr., 45, of Gerry, was arrested May 6 and charged with petit larceny.

— Jared Ivett, 25, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 7 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Derek Coombs, 37, homeless, was arrested May 7 and charged with trespass.
