CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

RIPLEY – Tyler B. Milliron, 28, of 22 Mechanic St., Ripley was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division investigated a report of a stolen handgun from a residence in Ripley on May 28. Due to the result of this investigation, a warrant of arrest was issued for Milliron. He turned himself into the county jail on the warrant, was arraigned and released.

CHARLOTTE – Michael T. Hicks, 50, of Niagara Falls was charged June 7 with three counts of driving while intoxicated, speeding and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

It is alleged that around 10 p.m. Hicks was traveling on Route 60 in the town of Charlotte at a high rate of speed with a blood alcohol content of .18% or higher.
