-- Jodi Messere, 44, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 30 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
-- Wanda White, 56, of Fredonia, was arrested May 31 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
-- Derek Coombs, homeless, was arrested May 26 and charged with trespass. He was also arrested and charged with trespass on June 4.
-- Kelvin Pagan-Serrano, 20, of Dunkirk, was arrested twice on May 30. The first time, he was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without insurance and no turn signal. He was arrested again about an hour and a half later and charged with fresh counts of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating without insurance.
-- Charles Card, 20, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 31 and charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment.
-- Felipe Otero-Otero, 20, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 31 and charged with driving while intoxicated and six traffic infractions.

-- Neisha Lockett, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 3 and charged with second-degree obstruction, second-degree criminal trespass and endangering the welfare of a child.
