— Edward Eaker, 38, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 6 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unregistered motor vehicle and uninspected motor vehicle.

— Nylix Thomas, 22, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 6 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operator.

— Sonny Bennett, 34, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 7 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Johnathan Haase, 32, of Fredonia, was arrested June 7 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se, and illegal window tint.

— Steven Delgado, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 7 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
