— Brandon Upton, 38, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 8 and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and disorderly conduct. Upton was also arrested Aug. 20 and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment.

— Richard Conway, 44, of Westfield, was arrested Aug. 8 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, switched license plates and no license plate lamp.

— Jaylon Rupinski, 23, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 8 and charged with driving with suspended registration, unlicensed operator, unlicensed motor vehicle, and improper tail lamps.

— Leandra Spencer, 32, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 9 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and improper head lamps.

— Govitza Castro-Maldonado, 47, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 9 and charged with obstruction of governmental administration, two counts of second-degree harassment, and disorderly conduct.

— Alex Colon-Ruiz, 41, homeless, was arrested Aug. 9 and charged with trespass.

— Eriberto Corraliza, 24, of Silver Creek, was arrested Aug. 9 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Matthew Miles, 30, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 9 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving with suspended registration, uninsured operator, unlicensed operator, and inadequate lights.

— Gabriel Soto, 32, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 10 and charged with false personation. He was also arrested Aug. 19 and charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny.

— Angela Goetz, 42, homeless, was arrested Aug. 10 and charged with second-degree burglary, second-degree attempted burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief, possession of burglar’s tools, and petit larceny.

— April Petryshyn, 43, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 10 and charged with petit larceny.

— Juan Mendez, 50, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 11 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Elizabeth Robinson, 47, of Olean, was arrested Aug. 12 and charged with petit larceny.

— Jayden Feaster, 20, homeless, was arrested Aug. 12 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

— Norman Geddis Jr., 25, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with second-degree criminal trespass. He was also arrested Aug. 21 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

— Abigail Keeler, 40, of Jamestown, was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, and speed in zone.

— Kenneth Mosley, 41, of Jamestown, was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with petit larceny. He was also arrested Aug. 17 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Mosley was arrested yet again on Aug. 21 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

— Jonathan Velez-Hernandez, 45, of Fredonia, was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with petit larceny.

— Alysha Wilson, 31, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 14 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speed in zone.

— Jean Paul Vieraroman, 25, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 14 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and three vehicle and traffic law infractions

— Noel Carabello, 20, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 14 and charged with third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

— Mark Szocki, 63, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 14 and charged with petit larceny.

— Donte Chambers, 31, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 14 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
