– Noah RD Teagarden, 24, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny Sept. 30 at 9 p.m. after officers responded to a shoplifting complaint at Wegmans. It is alleged Teagarden stole merchandise belonging to the store. Teagarden was issued an appearance ticket and released to be in Ellicott Town Court later.

– Melissa A. Christopherson, 53, of Poland was charged with third-degree assault Monday at 11 a.m. Officers responded to an Ellicott home, where it is alleged Christopherson recklessly injured a man with a knife during a domestic incident. Christopherson was taken into custody in the town of Poland and issued an appearance ticket to be in Ellicott Town Court later.
