— Jonathan Alicea, 26, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and three vehicle and traffic law infractions.

— Lloyd Scharf, 74, of South Dayton, was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to keep right.

— Steven Raynor, 45, of Dunkirk, was arrested for an Oct. 8 incident and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Marcos Andujar-Rosario, 38, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without insurance, and unregistered motor vehicle.

— Peter Galardo, 43, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, criminal obstruction of breathing, and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

— Alexis Pavlovitch, 39, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

— Phillip Decker, 26, of Fredonia, was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and three vehicle and traffic law violations.

— Antony Alvarez Luna, 20, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, and unauthorized sticker.

— Bryan Postlowski, 28, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 17 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operator.

— Matthew McKane, 39, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 20 and charged with petit larceny.

— Christopher Thomas, 56, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 21 and charged with trespass.
