WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT

– WESTFIELD — William Zachary, no age or address provided, has been charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI – blood alcohol content of .18% or higher. Police said on Nov. 23 they were at 238 E. Main St. around 9:40 p.m. when Zachary arrived at the scene, allegedly in an intoxicated state. He was charged following an investigation and will answer to the charges in Westfield Village Court at a later date.
