– Crystal M. Vogt, 38, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle and a traffic citation after police pulled a vehicle over at 2:07 a.m. Wednesday for a traffic violation on Sturges Street near Falconer Street. Vogt will be in court later.

– Dustin Newbree, 33, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and Monica Pacheco, 40, of Jamestown was charged with charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon after city police officers pulled a vehicle over at 12:33 p.m. Friday on East Eighth Street near Lakeview Avenue. Newbree’s driver’s license had allegedly been revoked, and officers report finding a loaded handgun inside the vehicle. They were taken to the city jail until they could be arraigned.
