- SHERMAN - Garrett M. Swan, 21, of Trenton, Ga., was charged Sunday night with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, moving from lane unsafely and unsafe tire. Around 9:45 p.m. Swan was involved in a motor vehicle accident in the town of Sherman and was charged following an investigation.
