CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
- MAYVILLE - Joseph Cohen, 47, of Jamestown and currently an incarcerated individual at the county jail, was charged March 12 with third-degree criminal mischief. It is alleged that he intentionally damaged an electronic tablet.
