-- Arianna Thompson, 22, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 30 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.
-- Jonathan Herdzik, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested March 30 and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
- HANOVER - Joeleen S. Stevens, 47, of Irving was charged Wednesday with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, reckless driving and disobeying a traffic control device. It is alleged that around 8:30 p.m. Stevens was driving on Route 20 in an intoxicated state and refused to obey Fire/EMS doing traffic control. She was later released with tickets to appear in the Town of Hanover court at a later date to answer to the charges.
- CHAUTAUQUA - Two people were injured Thursday morning in a motor vehicle accident on Stockton-Hartfield Road. According to deputies, the vehicle was occupied by Thomas M Badgley, 53, and Noel Luciano, 44, both of Jamestown. Both subjects were transported by North Lake Fire Department to UPMC Hamot in Erie, Pennsylvania for non-life threatening injuries. The investigation into the accident is on-going. Along with the North Lake Fire Department, the Sheriff's Office was assisted by Chautauqua County EMS, Chautauqua County HAZMAT, and the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Accident Reconstruction Team.
