— Linda A Matyjakowski, 70, of Dunkirk was charged Monday with driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, failure to keep right and not stopping at a red traffic light following a traffic stop Friday around 9 p.m. on Central Avenue, Fredonia.
DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT
— James Robbins, 53, of Fredonia, was arrested April 16 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving with suspended registration, and uninspected motor vehicle.
— Danny Willingham, 36, of Gerry, was arrested April 17 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unregistered motor vehicle, and uninspected motor vehicle.
— Morgan Eppinger, 24, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 17 and charged with third- degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
— Daniel Hempeck Jr., 36, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 18 and charged with second-degree harassment.
— Christopher Stercula, 35, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 19 and charged with trespass.
— Sparkelynn Odebralski, 40, of Fredonia, was arrested April 19 and charged with trespass.
— Talisha Colon Ortiz, 22, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 20 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content over .08%, operating a motor vehicle while impaired, moving from lane unsafely, and failure to use designated lane.
— Jade Stocks, 25, of Cassadaga, was arrested April 20 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
— Thomas Majkowski, 49, homeless, was arrested April 21 and charged with petit larceny.
— Peter Galardo, 43, homeless, was arrested April 21 and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree criminal contempt, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, and fourth-degree criminal contempt.

— Jamie Warner, 43, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 3 and charged with petit larceny and trespass.
— Brendan Parks, 18, of Fredonia, was arrested April 4 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree menacing.
— Nicholas Rickman, 26, of Fredonia, was arrested April 7 and charged with third-degree sexual abuse, forcible touching, and public lewdness.
— Kristopher Degolier, 29, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 9 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
— Reginald Coaxum, 44, of Fredonia, was arrested April 10 and charged with felony aggravated family offense, second-degree criminal contempt, and second-degree harassment.
— Michael Correy, 33, of Fredonia, was arrested April 10 and charged with second-degree harassment.
— Lorianne Ritter, 53, of Fredonia, was arrested April 13 and charged with second-degree harassment.
— Marvin Harvey, 34, of Fredonia, was arrested April 17 and charged with third-degree sexual abuse, forcible touching, and public lewdness.
— Judy Schroeder, 58, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 17 and charged with petit larceny.
— Colleen Breads, 51, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 18 and charged with petit larceny.
— Chris Jesionowski, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 19 and charged with petit larceny.
— Elias Feliciano-Torres, 28, of Fredonia, was arrested April 19 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment.
— Stephen Falkner, 36, of Fredonia, was arrested April 24 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Falkner was also wanted on a bench warrant.
— Kyle Cambria, 26, of Portland, was arrested April 25 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
— Kimberly Ryczko, 34, of Fredonia, was arrested April 26 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
— Kailyn Saucedo, 18, of Fredonia, was arrested April 26 and charged with petit larceny.
— Daniel Broadus, 19, of Fredonia, was arrested April 26 and charged with petit larceny.
— Keleen Simoneit, 26, of Forestville, was arrested April 28 and charged with petit larceny.
— The following people were arrested on bench warrants: Juan Ortiz, 41, of Dunkirk, on April 4; Kimberly Ramey, 47, of Westfield, on April 11; Thomas Majkowski, 49, of Dunkirk, on April 21; Dawn Stein, 48, of Fredonia, on April 22; Tyler Sweet, 33, of Fredonia, on April 22; Christina Lemk, 35, of Dunkirk, on April 24; and Falkner.
