JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Christopher E. Dellahoy, 36, of Jamestown was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

At approximately 7 a.m. Saturday, officers observed Dellahoy in the area of Broadhead Avenue and Kidder Street and knew that he had an active arrest warrant out of the city of Jamestown. He was taken into custody without incident and subsequent investigation found Chris to also be in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine. Dellahoy was taken to the city jail where he was held pending arraignment.

— Douglas E. Martin, 61, of Falconer was charged with felony first-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief. At 7:47 a.m., officers responded to a Southside address for a reported domestic incident. Officers spoke with the victim who stated that Martin took her phone while attempting to contact police for emergency assistance.

The victim is also the protected party in an Order of Protection against Martin. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the city jail.

— Philip T. Harford, 30, was charged with two counts of aggravated DWI due to a child in the vehicle, driving while ability impaired, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and traffic citations. At around 8:06 p.m. Friday, officers were called to the east side of the city for a vehicle operating erratically. Officers located the vehicle at Falconer and Stowe streets, where a traffic stop was conducted for observed traffic infractions. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Harford, and through investigation it was found that he was operating the vehicle while his ability was impaired. Officers also located two juveniles less than 16 years old inside of the vehicle, who were unharmed. He was placed into custody and transported to city jail.

— Brock Miceli, 19, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment.

At 11:30 p.m. Friday, officers from the Jamestown Police Department responded to a report of an unwanted person at an address on the north side of town.

Through investigation, it was determined that a domestic incident had occurred involving Miceli. He had held the victim down for a period of time, preventing them from leaving. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail, where he was being held pending arraignment.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

— MAYVILLE — At about 8:35 a.m. Friday, deputies responded to a complaint of a potential order of protection violation. After an investigation it was found that Anthony L. Ward, 49, of Mayville, violated a lawful and standing court order. At approximately 1:18 a.m. Saturday, Ward was taken into custody on this arrest warrant by deputies and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail. He will further answer to these charges in the Town of Chautauqua Court at a later date.
