— Demitrius White-Zinermon, 25, of Buffalo, was arrested May 10 and charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree harassment.

— Ryan Cerrie, 19, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 10 and charged with three counts of second-degree harassment.

— Ryan Collins, 25, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 12 and charged with third-degree assault.

— Jose Maldonado Serrano, 46, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 13 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree reckless endangerment.
