CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
– KIANTONE – Rachel Waldron, 32, of Kiantone was charged with disorderly conduct early Monday morning. It is alleged that deputies responded to noise complaints coming from Walddron’s residence around 12:15 a.m. and she allegedly refused to comply with deputies’ orders. She was issued an appearance ticket for Kiantone Town Court.
JAMESTOWN POLICE
– Todd E. Dalton, 40, of Jamestown was charged with resisting arrest after city police officers responded to assist state parole officers at 12:54 p.m. Tuesday at an east side residence. Parole officers told city police officers that Dalton was inside and refused to exit the residence due to a parole warrant. City police officers allegedly found Dalton hiding under a pile of clothes in a closet bedroom. Dalton was charged and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
– Raymond A. Gates, 39, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree assault, two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing, unlawful imprisonment, criminal obstruction of breathing and resisting arrest after officers responded to a north side residence at 5:59 a.m. Tuesday for a reported assault. Gates allegedly assaulted a victim with a baton flashlight. While officers were on scene, Gates allegedly attempted to flee the residence before he was caught, charged and taken to the city jail. While Gates was in custody, police report he was also allegedly involved in a domestic incident inside the residence, where he allegedly choked a person and allegedly displayed a knife so the other person was unable to get away. Gates was held pending arraignment.
– Autumn R. Kahm, 26, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday after officers pulled a vehicle over on the city’s south side. Kahm was allegedly in possession of 14.7 grams of methamphetamine as well as packaging materials. Kahm was charged and taken to the city jail until she could be arraigned.
