Missing teens found safe

State Police in Fredonia have announced that the two missing teenage females from Cassadaga were found safely. They were initially reported missing Thursday at 2 a.m.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

– Andrew S. Betts, 43, of Dunkirk was charged Friday at 11:50 a.m. with driving while ability impaired with drugs, failure to keep right, and moving from lane unsafely after deputies responded to a property damage accident on Route 5, Dunkirk. He will answer to the charges in Dunkirk Town Court at a later date.
