CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
HANOVER – Erica C Holscher, 25, of Angola was charged Friday with driving while intoxicated and inadequate plate lamps following a traffic stop on Route 20 around 3 a.m. She will answer to the charges in Hanover Town Court at a later date.
HANOVER – Joshua Sweda, 44, of Hanover was charged Sunday around 8 p.m. with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. It is alleged that Sweda intentionally damaged property of another person and attempted physical contact. He was released to appear in the Town of Hanover Court at a later date and time to answer for these charges.
CASSADAGA – Stephen P. Bond, 62, of Cassadaga was charged Sunday with DWI and aggravated DWI per se after he ran into a porch with his vehicle on Mill Street in the village around 2 p.m.
JAMESTOWN POLICE
– Fernando Mojica Reyes, 25, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 11:03 p.m. Sunday after officers responded to an address on the east side for a reported domestic incident. Reyes allegedly damaged two TV’s belonging to a woman within the residence during the course of an argument. Police report Reyes left before officers arrived, but they found him a short time later. Reyes was charged and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
