CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

MAYVILLE – Barbara Nelson, 67, of Stockton was charged Sunday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Deputies said she was found sleeping in a vehicle in a parking lot of a village business on Route 430 around 7 a.m. She allegedly had narcotics in her possession. She was issued an appearance ticket for Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.

STOCKTON – Robert Dahl, 56, of Cassadaga was driving a motorcycle on Cassadaga-Stockton Road in the town around 3:30 p.m. when he lost control and crashed. He was taken to the Erie County Medical Center for his injuries. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and having an unsafe tire. He will answer to the charges in Stockton Town Court at a later date.
