CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
— SILVER CREEK — Deputies were dispatched to a complaint on Burgess Street at 12:30 p.m. Thursday. Through an investigation, it was found that 33-year-old Michael Allyn of Buffalo had committed fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child.
Allyn was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for the Centralized Arraignment Process.
— NORTH HARMONY — At 7:06 p.m., Randall Braley, 57, of Jamestown, allegedly entered a residence without permission. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. He will answer the charges in town court.
— SHERMAN — At around 12:41 a.m. Sunday, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Kipp Street. The operator was identified as Jeffery A. Kuczynski, 31, of Ripley. Further investigation found Kuczynski to be driving while intoxicated. He was charged with DWI and speeding in zone. He will answer charges in Sherman court.
— SHERMAN — At around 9:40 p.m. Saturday, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Route 76. The operator was identified as Gavin D. Parker, 20, of Ripley. Further investigation found Parker to be driving while intoxicated. Parker was charged with DWI, DWI per se, and no and inadequate lights. He will be in town court later.
— ELLERY — At around 1:50 p.m. Saturday, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Bemus Ellery Road. The operator was identified as Braydn S. Camp, 25, of Sheffield, Pa. Further investigation found Camp to be driving while intoxicated. Camp was charged with DWI, DWI per se, and speed in zone. He will be in town court later.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
— An 18-year-old Jamestown female was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
At 5:54 a.m. Friday, officers of the third platoon responded to a southside address for a report of a disorderly female within a residence. It was determined through investigation the female resident had kicked down a door belonging to a victim. This individual was transported to the Jamestown City Jail.
