CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

– HANOVER – Jeffery A. Cook, 58, of South Dayton was charged Monday with second-degree criminal trespassing. It is alleged he entered a residence in the town and began changing the locks on the doors. He will answer to the charges in Hanover Town Court at a later date.

– GERRY – Thomas N. Dulak, 46, of Jamestown was charged Monday with petit larceny and criminal impersonation. At about 9 a.m. deputies responded to the Country Fair on Route 60 for a possible larceny. While responding deputies were notified the suspect left north bound on Route 60 with the stolen merchandise. Deputies did stop the vehicle operated by Dulak and charged following an investigation. He was taken in custody and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail to await centralized arraignment on outstanding county warrants. Dulak was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Gerry Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD POLICE

– Kylee Moore, 33, of North East, Pa. was charged Aug. 1 with harassment. At around 2:30 p.m. officers from the village were dispatched to the Barcelona Pier area for a reported larceny from a vehicle. Upon arrival, officers spoke with a person who said an unknown man on the beach had stolen her engagement ring from her parked vehicle. The man was located and cooperated fully with officers, voluntarily allowing them to examine several rings in his possession. None of the items matched the description provided by the woman. During the encounter, it was reported that the woman physically grabbed a necklace from the man while accusing him of the theft. The man declined to leave the scene, maintained his cooperation, and chose to pursue charges related to the unwanted physical contact. As a result, the woman, identified as Moore, was charged. She was processed and released on an appearance ticket. She will be in Westfield Town Court later.

– WESTFIELD – Julie A. Buchholz, 54, of North East, Pa., was charged with refusal to take a breath test, DUI and disorderly conduct at 6:15 p.m. Aug. 1 after Westfield police officers responded to a report of a vehicle being driven erratically. Officers report finding the vehicle parked behind the Tops store in Westfield. Buchholz allegedly refused to cooperate with officers and, during the incident, allegedly pulled her pants down and urinated in public. She was charged and released with appearance tickets to be in Westfield Town Court later.

— Leanne Moore was arrested July 19 and charged with trespass.

— Christopher Moerman was arrested July 21 and charged with petit larceny.

— Brittany Jones was arrested July 21 and charged with petit larceny.

— Quanteer Neallard was arrested July 21 and charged with third-degree unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle and five additional vehicle and traffic law violations.

— Destiny Russel was arrested July 21 and charged with second- degree aggravated unlicensed operation, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and three additional vehicle and traffic law violations.

— Dawn Stein was arrested July 21 and charged with petit larceny.

— Christian Colon-Lopez was arrested July 24 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

— Kevin DeJesus-Rivera was arrested July 24 and charged with third-degree burglary, petit larceny and trespass.

— Jonathan Akers was arrested July 24 and charged with second-degree harassment and third-degree criminal mischief.

— Keishia Rivera-Perez was arrested July 25 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Eric Damrath was arrested July 26 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Kelly Briggs was arrested Aug. 3 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny.

— Mark Szocki was arrested Aug. 3 and charged with trespass.

— Kristopher Bajdo was arrested Aug. 3 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, operating without inspection, and following too closely.

— Jordan Oliveras-Mullen was arrested Aug. 9 and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and second-degree harassment.
