— Enid Rivera-Nazario, 30, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 22 and charged with failure to provide sustenance to animals.

— Marisol Ramos, 44, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 28 and charged with petit larceny.

— Luis Hyatt, 35, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 29 and charged with obstruction of governmental administration.

— Thomas Watson, 62, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 2 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt (violating order of protection).

— Katherine Mailoux, 48, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 3 and charged with public lewdness.

— Paige Plaza-Mercado, 33, of Jamestown, was arrested Aug. 5 and charged with disorderly conduct.

— Katiria Rosario, 34, of Jamestown, was arrested Aug. 5 and charged with disorderly conduct.

— Edwin Chmielewski, 37, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 6 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Sebastian Baez-Dixon, 20, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 10 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

— Bryan Ramos, 32, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with third-degree criminal trespass.

— Frank Sobczak, 35, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 15 and charged with second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

— Nicholas Eggleston, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 15 and charged with second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

— Darrly Bray, 46, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 15 and charged with second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was also arrested July 18 and charged with first-degree criminal contempt (violating order of protection) and criminal obstruction of breathing.

— Brandon Echevarria, 33, of Cassadaga, was arrested Aug. 15 and charged with petit larceny.

— Matthew Galen, 40, of Fredonia, was arrested Aug. 15 and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment.

— Conrad Thomas, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 23 and charged with obstruction of governmental administration.

— Jonathan Flores, 31, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 23 and charged with failure to provide sustenance to animals.
