CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
- SILVER CREEK - Daniel J. Ulrich, 39, of Silver Creek was charged Wednesday at 7:40 p.m. with second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct. It is alleged that Ulrich intentionally struck another person at 23 Jackson St. He was released to appear in the Town of Hanover court at a later date and time to answer for these charges.
