DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

— A city man is facing charges after a domestic incident earlier this week. At 8:01 a.m. Wednesday, police were dispatched to a residence for a domestic dispute in progress.

Upon arrival it was made known to officers the male half had locked the female complainant out of the house and one child was still indoors. Patrols were advised by the caller a physical domestic had occurred and the male half allegedly possessed a knife.

Officers made contact with the male locked indoors and a short time later the male subject agreed to turn the child over to police and the male subject was detained. No injuries were reported.

As a result of the investigation defendant Jonathan R. Fores, 32, of Dunkirk, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree menacing and criminal obstruction of breathing.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

– Kyle L. Stone, of Jamestown, was charged Oct. 16 with being a fugitive of Justice. According to police, at about 5:57 p.m., officers responded to a northside address for a warrant check. Officers were advised Stone had an arrest warrant out of McKean County, Pa. for alleged harassment and stalking. Stone was placed into custody without incident, and taken to the Jamestown City Jail. He will be in Jamestown City Court later.

– Robert G. Gilbert, 24, of Jamestown, was charged Oct. 17 with first-degree criminal contempt. According to police, officers responded to a southside residence for a report of an unwanted person. Officers were advised that Gilbert was inside the residence, allegedly violating an order of protection. Upon arrival, officers entered the residence, and found Gilbert hiding in a closet. Gilbert was placed into custody without incident, and was taken to city jail. He will be in city court later.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

– Christine J. Muoio, 49, of Busti, was charged Oct. 15 with second-degree criminal impersonation. According to police, at about 10:30 p.m., Muoio was located, and it was found that Muoio has an active LBPD warrant. She will be in Busti Town Court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

– Rachel A. Blanchard, 43, of the town of Portland, was charged Oct. 16 with having outstanding warrants. According to officials, at around 9:30 p.m., deputies received a tip that Blanchard was at a house located in the town of Portland. With assistance from narcotics investigators, deputies executed a warrant check. Upon further investigation, Blanchard was also found to be in alleged possession of four grams of fentanyl. Blanchard was placed into custody, and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail. She will be in Portland Town Court later.
