— Samuel Young, 18, of Fredonia, was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with second- degree reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.

— Nicholas Watts, 34, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 16 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.

— Sandro Rodriguez, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and single counts of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and second- degree menacing.

— Timothy Banach, 67, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating motor vehicle without interlock device, leaving the scene of an incident, and failure to obey traffic device.

— Angelica Irizarry, 30, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Kristin Monsour, 39, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with fifth-degree arson.

— James Howard, 31, of Fredonia, was arrested Sept. 18 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and three vehicle and traffic law infractions.

— Melissa Schrader, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 18 and charged with unregistered motor vehicle and leaving the scene of an incident.

— Latrece Stewart, 35, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 19 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and uninspected motor vehicle.

— Christopher Thomas, 57, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 19 and charged with trespass.

— Paul Pagano, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree stalking.

— Joseph Musick, 57, of Butler, Pa., was arrested Sept. 21 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and five vehicle and traffic law infractions.

— Gabrielle Wright, 23, homeless, was arrested Sept. 23 and charged with two counts of petit larceny.

— Alexander Santiago Jr, 25, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 22 and charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief.

— Astric Serrano Rodriguez, 25, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 22 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, suspended registration, and operating without insurance.

— Erica Lindgren, 28, homeless, was arrested Sept. 24 and charged with petit larceny.

— Joseph McWillson, 36, homeless, was arrested Sept. 24 and charged with petit larceny.

— Luis Carrasquillo, 29, of Rochester, was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree criminal contempt.

— Dakota Sugg, 30, of Silver Creek, was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operator.

— James Tilley III, 49, homeless, was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with trespass.

— Heather Payne, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
