DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Christian Ayala Gonzalez, 38, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 12 and charged with petit larceny.

— Juan Resto, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 14 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, obstruction of governmental administration, and resisting arrest. Resto was also wanted on a parole warrant.

— Stephen Falkner, 37, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 15 and charged with obstruction of governmental administration; he was also wanted on Dunkirk City Court arrest warrants.

— Luis Hyatt, 35, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 19 and charged with first-degree criminal contempt.

— Brandon Perry, 29, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 22 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

– Kevin L. Bellardo, 53, was charged Dec. 16 with first-degree criminal contempt. According to police, at about 3:48 a.m., officers observed Bellardo walking on the west side with a woman who had an active order of protection against Bellardo. Bellardo was placed into custody without incident, and taken to Jamestown City Jail. He will be in Jamestown City Court later.

– Nathan J. Ernewein, 24, was charged Dec. 15 with fourth-degree criminal mischief. According to police, at about 5:17 a.m., officers responded to a westside address for a reported domestic dispute. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Ernewein, and the female victim. Upon further investigation, it was found that Ernewein allegedly was refusing to leave the victim’s home, and when she attempted to call emergency services, Ernewein allegedly took her phone and kept it from her. He was placed into custody, and taken to the city jail. He will be in city court later.
