CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

– Ryan D. See, 37, of Cherry Creek, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, second-degree aggravated harassment, third-degree criminal tampering, and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. According to officials, at about 9:54 p.m., deputies and New York State Police Troopers responded to a call for service in the Village of Cherry Creek. Following an investigation it was determined that See did initiate a physical altercation with another person. During the altercation, See allegedly caused numerous injuries, restrained the person from fleeing the area, and made threats toward the person’s life. Following the incident See left the area, and without provocation, allegedly initiated another physical altercation with a nearby neighbor. Officials said See was taken into custody and during transport See allegedly did intentionally smear his blood throughout the patrol vehicle in an attempt to expose deputies to his blood and cause an inconvenience. See was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail and will appear in the Cherry Creek Town Court later.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

– Camille Lopez, 26, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny. According to police, on Friday, officers served Lopez an active warrant. She was taken into custody, and released with an appearance ticket. She will be in Busti Town Court later.
