JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
— Pedro J Cruz, 43, was charged with two counts of first-degree criminal contempt, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.
At approximately 10:33 a.m. Friday, officers responded to a south side address for a reported domestic dispute. Following an investigation, officers determined that Cruz violated a duly issued Order of Protection by harassing the protected party while a child was in close proximity. Cruz was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail and held pending arraignment
— Brook A. Patterson, 40, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
At around 3:47 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to a domestic incident on the South side of Jamestown. Through an investigation it was found that Patterson became disorderly and broke the victim’s television. He was taken into custody and transported to the city jail, where
He was being held pending arraignment.
— Tristan L McCallar, 38, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Around 11 p.m. Friday, officers responded to a residence on the city’s South side for a domestic dispute. Upon arrival officers made contact with Tristan McCallar. During the investigation it was discovered that McCallar had knocked the victim’s phone out of her hand. This caused damage to the phone. Tristan was transported to the city jail and held pending arraignment.
