DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Daniel Jennings, 42, was arrested Feb. 28 and charged with petit larceny, obstruction of governmental administration, and resisting arrest.

— Jonathan Gonzalez Colon, 34, was arrested March 12 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Gonzalez Colon allegedly broke a window at a house belonging to a woman who has an order of protection against him.

— Bryan Colon-Garcia, 20, was arrested March 14 and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, disorderly conduct, and numerous vehicle and traffic tickets. Police say Colon-Garcia fled a stop for an alleged traffic violation on an e-bike, later fleeing on foot. A perimeter was set in the area he was last seen, and officers located him at his residence after a short investigation.

— Jon-Christian Kaczor, 47, was arrested March 16 and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and petit larceny. Kaczor allegedly stole a bicycle and damaged it.

— Derek Coombs, 39, was arrested March 16 and charged with petit larceny.

— Hunter Evans, 25, was arrested March 23 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. Evans allegedly violated an order of protection.
