FREDONIA POLICE DEPARTMENT
— Alyce R. Sonney, 53, of Jamestown, was arrested March 28 on a warrant for petit larceny.
— Daniel C. Saar, 37, of Fredonia, was arrested March 28 and charged with petit larceny. Saar was also arrested March 31 on a bench warrant for second-degree criminal trespass. He was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail “due to persistently and willfully failing to appear for court appearances,” according to the police.
— Roderick A. Hough, 33, of Fredonia, was arrested March 28 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
— Megan M. Houser, 34, of Westfield, was arrested March 29 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
— Nicholas A. Johnson, 24, of Cassadaga, was arrested March 29 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
— Xavier Barretto, 23, of Silver Creek, was arrested March 29 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
— Heather M. Payne, no age listed, of Fredonia, was arrested April 3 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
— Brandon R. Perry, 29, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 4 on a bench warrant for petit larceny. Perry was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail “for failing to appear on three separate occasions in the Fredonia village court,” the Fredonia police stated.
— Christopher T. McNett, no age listed, of Fredonia, was arrested April 4 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
McNett was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail and required to post $500/$1000 bail “due to persistently and willfully failing to appear for his court appearances,” according to police.
— Joshua C. Pratt, 45 of Fredonia, was arrested April 9 and charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment. Pratt allegedly punched and slapped someone in the presence of four juveniles.
— Ronald Viscuso, 62, of Silver Creek, was ticketed April 9 for violating the village open container law.
— Kaelyn A. Hayward, 22, of Fredonia, was arrested April 9 on a bench warrant for several counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia. Hayward was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail “due to a persistent and willful failure to appear for scheduled court dates,” police stated. Bail was set at $1000/$2000.
— Hannah R. Cole, 25, of Brocton, was arrested April 11 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, following too closely and speed not reasonable and prudent.
— Heather S. Piskor, 40, of Jamestown, was arrested April 11 on a bench warrant for petit larceny. Piskor was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail and required to post $500/$1000 bail “due to persistently and willfully failing to appear for court appearances,” police stated.
