JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
— Leonela E. Rodriguez, 36, of Jamestown was charged Tuesday with felony driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and unlicensed operator. According to police, at about 11:12 p.m., officers responded to a downtown business for a property damage accident that had just occurred. It was reported that one of the vehicles had left the scene, and officers tracked it back to the registered owner’s address. Upon making contact with the operator of the vehicle, Rodriguez, it was found that she had been allegedly operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition at the the time of the accident. She was placed into custody without incident, and taken to Jamestown City Jail. She will be in Jamestown City Court later.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
— Jessica T. Spagnualo, and Mackenzie L. Haskins both were charged Monday with second-degree harassment, disorderly conduct, and endangering the welfare of a child. According to police, at about 8:20 p.m., officers responded to two females fighting at Richard O. Hartley Park, in Lakewood. Upon arrival, and after a brief investigation, Spagnualo and Haskins were placed into custody and released. Spagnualo and Haskins will appear in Busti Town Court later.
