WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT
— WESTFIELD — At approximately 12:51 p.m. Thursday, the Westfield Police Department responded to a report of an sssault on North Portage Street in the village.
Following an investigation, officers determined that Sean M. Mcilveen, 49, intentionally caused serious physical injury to the victim during a physical altercation. Officers further determined that Mcilveen followed the victim with a knife, causing the victim to fear further physical harm
As a result of the investigation, Mcilveen was arrested on an arrest warrant for second-degree menacing and second-degree assault. Mcilveen was transported to CAP for centralized arraignment.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
— At 2:05 a.m. Sunday, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Second Street in the city of Jamestown. The operator was identified as Todd. A. Bloomberg, 38, of Jamestown. Further investigation found Bloomberg to be driving while intoxicated. He was charged with DWI, and Speed in Zone. He will answer his charges in the City of Jamestown Court.
— ARKWRIGHT — At around 6:06 p.m. Saturday, deputies attempted to stop Michael R. Jamison, 58 of Irving, who failed to comply and led deputies on a vehicle pursuit from the town of Arkwright into the town of Hanover. Jamison eventually stopped his vehicle at an address on Allegany Road in the town of Hanover. Jamison and a female passenger were taken into custody after a brief struggle. Jamison was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail where he was arraigned for driving while intoxicated, third-degree unlawful fleeing of a police officer, second-degree reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, as well as several vehicle and traffic citations.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
— David D. Lindsay, 37, of Jamestown, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and blood circulation.
On May 27 at 6:15 a.m., officers responded to a residence on the west side of the city for a reported domestic dispute. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Lindsay. Following an
investigation at the scene, officers determined that Lindsay had applied pressure to the victim’s neck and throat area. Lindsay was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail. He was being held pending arraignment.
