CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
— KENNEDY — At 2:31 p.m. Sunday, Ashley Harrison, 34, of Kennedy, displayed a knife to an individual placing them in fear of physical injury. Harrison was chargd with second-degree menacing and sent to the county jail pending centralized arraignment.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
— Tony L. Mosley, 34, was charged with petit larceny and forcible touching.
Around 3:50 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to a larceny complaint at a southside address. Upon further investigation, it was determined that Mosley had stolen an E-bike from the address. Mosley was later located and taken into custody. Mosley was transported to the Jamestown City Jail and charged with Petit Larceny.
At around 6:12 p.m., officers were processing Mosley in the city jail. Officers were attempting to collect Tony’s property when he touched the intimate parts of a female officer. He was being held pending arraignment.
— A pair of Jamestown residents are facing third-degree criminal trespassing charges.
At around 6:32 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to a condemned residence on the South side of
Jamestown. Upon arrival officers located Michael P. Pacheco, 57, and Amy L. Robbins, 44, inside the residence, which is posted to have no occupancy. Both were taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail, where they were to be held pending arraignment.
