JAMESTOWN POLICE
– Chelsea T. Coulter, 34, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and first-degree felony criminal contempt at 6:30 a.m. Thursday after officers responded to a home on the north side of Jamestown for a reported domestic dispute. During the investigation, officers determined Coulter allegedly had sent the victim threatening messages via an electronic device in violation of a valid Order of Protection issued by Jamestown City Court. Coulter was charged and taken to the Jamestown City Jail until she could be arraigned.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
– POMFRET – Anthony J. Adornetto, 44, of Lockport was charged with DWI and cited for speeding at 7:57 p.m. July 26 after a traffic stop on Route 60 near Shumla Road. Adornetto will be in Pomfret Town Court later.
– BROCTON – Jacob H. Tye, 39, of Fredonia was charged with trespassing at 10:50 a.m. Thursday after deputies responded to a Portland home for a reported trespassing violation. Tye was identified as the person involved in the incident and was later charged by deputies. Tye was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
-- ELLERY -- A Jamestown man is facing multiple misdemeanor charges following a reported domestic dispute in the Town of Ellery. Troopers responded to a domestic dispute at approximately 11:36 p.m. July 27. The investigation resulted in the arrest of 30-year-old Jesse B. Pardue of Jamestown on the morning of July 28.
Pardue was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, third-degree menacing, and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 years old. Police allege the charges stem from the domestic incident involving physical injury and the welfare of a child. State Police said Pardue was initially released on his own recognizance. Later that same day, troopers arrested him again following a reported order of protection violation in the Town of Ellery. He was charged with second-degree criminal contempt for allegedly disobeying a court order and was held without bail.
The investigation remains part of the State Police response to the domestic incident.
-- New York State Police responded to a two-vehicle property damage crash Tuesday afternoon in the town of Dunkirk. According to the Troop A public information report, the collision occurred at approximately 3:13 p.m. on July 28 along Vineyard Drive. The crash involved a vehicle driven by 23-year-old Andrew Ryan Camp of Brocton and another driven by 65-year-old M. R. Shepard-Gates of Irving. Police reported the accident resulted in property damage only.
