BUFFALO - U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that Joseph A. Buelow, 31, of South Dayton has pleaded guilty to receipt of child pornography, which carries a mandatory minimum penalty of five years in prison, a maximum penalty of 20 years, and a $250,000 fine. Jamestown man sentenced in additional child porn conviction

A Jamestown man will face prison and lifetime supervision after being convicted of child pornography. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced that Brandon G. Uber, 25, who was convicted of possession of child pornography involving a prepubescent minor, was sentenced to serve 168 months in prison and lifetime supervised release by U.S. District Judge Lawrence J.
